Returns & Refunds
Every Comfy Colours shirt is printed to order, but that never gets in the way of putting things right. Here's exactly what we offer.
Misprinted, damaged, or wrong item: tell us within 30 days of delivery — reply to your order confirmation email with a photo — and choose a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery. You don't need to send the faulty shirt back.
Changed your mind, or the size isn't right: you can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it. Reply to your order confirmation email (or email us) within those 14 days telling us you'd like to return it, then post the shirt back to us within 14 days of telling us — return postage is paid by you, and the return address is confirmed when you get in touch. We'll refund the full price of the shirt plus our standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back. Please return shirts unworn and unwashed; we may reduce the refund if an item comes back used beyond trying it on.
Order not arrived: if tracking shows your parcel has gone astray, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
Need to cancel before it ships: get in touch as soon as possible. If your shirt hasn't gone to print yet we'll cancel and refund you in full straight away; if it has, the 14-day return route above applies from the day it arrives.
Refunds always go back to the card you paid with, and banks usually show them within 5–10 working days.
None of the above limits your legal rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
