Terms of Sale

Who we are: Comfy Colours is the trading name of Taylor Stevenson, of Flat 7, 5 Wilcox Road, London, SW8 2XA. You can contact us at taylor.stevenson@tazwin.co.uk. These terms apply to orders placed on this website.

Ordering: your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email your order confirmation. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable; the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Printing and delivery: every shirt is printed to order, typically within 2–4 working days, and then shipped to UK addresses only. Estimated timings are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed.

Cancellation and returns: you have the right to cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it, and faulty or misprinted items are replaced or refunded in full — the full details, including how to cancel and where refunds go, are on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

If something goes wrong: nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We aren't responsible for losses that aren't a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales (or your local UK courts if you live elsewhere in the UK). None of these terms affects your statutory rights.
